I'm glad to see you embracing the experiments! (And using your blog to share them.) Good use of the picture book template to help you paginate your ideas. My favorite part is when the book's pages are blank.
I didn’t want to use too much paper on this, because I tend to lose things easily, so I formatted it to be a one page, back to back, slot style entry. But because the boxes were so small, it kept me from writing on and on and on, which is a great thing, in my opinion. It would become too focused on the words and not enough on the imagery they should provoke. I wanted this story to be about children’s dreams and aspirations and the symbolism of them coming true based on simple belief.
